5-Year Manufacturer Warranty – Fire Extinguisher

Warranty Coverage
This fire extinguisher is covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to wear and tear, corrosion, dents, scratches, or fading.

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or dropping the extinguisher.

Any extinguisher that has been discharged, tampered with, or used previously.

Transportation, refilling, recertification, or servicing costs.

Any servicing labels, inspection tags, or certification markings – these are not provided under this warranty.

Warranty Service Procedure

The customer must bring the extinguisher to our office for inspection and re-pressurization (if applicable).

The unit can be collected the next working day after servicing.

Transportation or on-site collection/delivery services are not included under this warranty.

Additional Notes

This warranty is valid only if the extinguisher has been stored and handled properly according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The manufacturer’s decision on whether a product qualifies for warranty repair or replacement is final.

Proof of purchase may be required to validate warranty claims.
